House Managers
• Oversee daily operations of the home
• Ensure compliance with safety, care, and housing standards
• Supervise staff and coordinate services
• Serve as a primary point of contact for families and partners
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Provide hands on support for individuals with medical and cognitive needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support medical care plans under appropriate supervision
Sanitary Technicians
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards
• Support safe living environments for medically complex residents
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols
Dietitian Technicians

Maintenance Technicians

Grounds Technicians

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
• Provides strategic leadership and organizational oversight

Admissions Specialist
• Coordinates referrals and admissions processes
• Serves as a liaison with families, TennChoices caseworkers, and partners
• Supports ethical, transparent placement decisions
Financial Manager
• Oversees financial operations, budgeting, and reporting

• Supports compliance with funding and regulatory requirements
Human Resources Manager
